I’ve just sold my Mini Cooper Clubman to Masterdriver, John was a pleasure to deal with and the money transfer instant and this was our third dealing with the company as my daughter has brought 2 Mini Coopers from them previously and John has always been fair and trustworthy.
I read the reviews on Trustpilot before reaching out to Masterdiver about a nice looking Mini on Autotrader. The description was full and the photos clear. The price was also fair. I called John and asked if I could arrange an RAC inspection before going further, which was instantly agreed. The report came back confirming the information published by Masterdriver, with only a few very minor faults. I then travelled to take a look at the car and take it for a test drive. John and Steve went out of their way to be helpful, and were easy to engage with. With no real impediments I bought the car, sorted out the insurance, with Steve completing the V5C transfer on line and arranging the road tax for me so I could hit the road. It was a surprisingly good experience all round. I would highly recommend to you if you are interested in a good quality Mini of most styles and ages.
As I was 2.5 hours away I called about a Mini we really liked and John did a "panel by panel" walk round to check that there were no marks. They took a small deposit that was fully refundable, should for any reason we not want the car.On collection John and Steve went out of their way to make the process easy and I went off very happy with my nearly new Clubman
