Excellent experience all round. From the first phone call with John I was pleasantly surprised by his easy going nature. He is not your typical used car salesman, but instead a very knowledgeable, fair and pleasant person to deal with. Refreshing after previously viewing many cars and having bad experiences with pushy sales people. John answered all my questions over the phone and provided further images when requested. I then travelled by train to Tring station, where the car was waiting for me and was taken on a long test drive. Within an hour I was driving back home to Birmingham in my new car! It's worth mentioning that this dealership has a real eye for detail. Their cars are selected very carefully and this shows when you pull up and see all the cars immaculately presented on the forecourt. Their aftercare is also second to none. I had a small issue a few weeks after my purchase and John was quick to put it right for me. Thanks John and the team, highly recommend.
