John, Brian and the whole team at Masterdriver have re-instilled my confidence of buying a car through a local trader. John is a very kind and compassionate man who takes the time to really build a rapport with his customers, at no point did I feel John’s priority was to make a sale. He put my safety and the knowledge that he was providing a quality vehicle first. I had original sourced a car through another trader that went on to fail an MOT 3 days after purchase. I couldn’t trust that the trader would fix the car to a standard I was happy with, so decided to buy a car else where. It wasn’t expected nor necessary as I would have bought the car based on the quality alone (they do rigorous checks on vehicle before sale) but it was thoughtful and very helpful.
