Having spent a few weekends looking for a new car we dealt with quite a few car sales personnel and hands down John and Brian were the best we met. It was an absolute delight dealing with them from the first phone call through to collecting my new mini clubman. The car was as promised on their website and was immaculate inside & out. John takes a lot of pride in what he sells and it shows. John knew the full ins and outs of the cars history and gave me a great introduction to all the gadgets and gizmos. When I noticed the middle console storage compartment didn’t open properly there as no quibble, John ordered a replacement part and it was all fitted when I collected the car. I also enjoyed our bit of banter during our interactions. I have already decided to take the mini back there when the next service is due.I have now had my car just over a week and I love it, buying it from John has made the whole process that much sweeter and I feel confident knowing I’m driving a decent motor.
