This has been one of the most frustrating online experiences I've ever had. While the in-store staff are fantastic, any issues that arise with online orders seem impossible to resolve. I've spent over three weeks trying to get a response, with no luck. Even the in-store team mentioned they struggle to get answers from the head office. They really should reconsider their online operations, as it's incredibly poor. I'd recommend purchasing directly from the stores or choosing a different retailer altogether. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative.
