Review Time
I placed an order for 12 Christmas gifts on Nov. 27th, and so far, I've only received one item! It's been extremely challenging to get in touch with the support team. They don't answer their phones, and emails take 4-5 days for a response without any resolution. I requested a refund yesterday and have yet to hear back. I need the refund to purchase gifts elsewhere. This is a truly disappointing way to treat customers.
The customer service is abysmal, and I cannot recommend ordering online. I bought a large item as a gift, but received multiple confusing emails about tracking. When the package finally arrived, it contained the wrong item entirely. Contacting customer service was a struggle; they quote a 2-4 day response time, have no phone support, and the live chat was unhelpful. Eventually, I learned that the items I ordered were out of stock, despite still being listed online. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will not shop here again.
