Placed an order for 12 Christmas gifts on Nov. 27th, but only one has arrived!

I placed an order for 12 Christmas gifts on Nov. 27th, and so far, I've only received one item! It's been extremely challenging to get in touch with the support team. They don't answer their phones, and emails take 4-5 days for a response without any resolution. I requested a refund yesterday and have yet to hear back. I need the refund to purchase gifts elsewhere. This is a truly disappointing way to treat customers.

Lack of customer support and incomplete order fulfillment.

Customer support is virtually absent. Although the order status indicates that it is fulfilled, only a portion of the items were shipped. Additionally, they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails.

Awful service, avoid shopping online

The customer service is abysmal, and I cannot recommend ordering online. I bought a large item as a gift, but received multiple confusing emails about tracking. When the package finally arrived, it contained the wrong item entirely. Contacting customer service was a struggle; they quote a 2-4 day response time, have no phone support, and the live chat was unhelpful. Eventually, I learned that the items I ordered were out of stock, despite still being listed online. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will not shop here again.

Customer service is non-responsive

I placed an order online and received a completely different item priced at $30 instead of the $65 item I ordered. There’s no phone support; the only contact methods are email and chat, and I’ve received no responses despite trying for two weeks. When I contacted a physical store, they suggested I drive an hour to the nearest location to find stock. This is unacceptable. I'm very frustrated with the level of customer service.

One of the worst online experiences...

This has been one of the most frustrating online experiences I've ever had. While the in-store staff are fantastic, any issues that arise with online orders seem impossible to resolve. I've spent over three weeks trying to get a response, with no luck. Even the in-store team mentioned they struggle to get answers from the head office. They really should reconsider their online operations, as it's incredibly poor. I'd recommend purchasing directly from the stores or choosing a different retailer altogether. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative.

Disappointing customer service experience

I ordered a train set online, but soon realized my grandson already had the same one. I reached out to customer service to cancel within 24 hours, but they never followed up. After a few days, I was told my order had shipped. This online service has been terrible, and I'm worried about the return policy at the physical store that's an hour away. I won’t be returning.

Unsatisfactory customer service

I had a bad experience with customer service. After placing an order, I needed to cancel it immediately, but there was no option to do so. I emailed them, but it took days for a response, and by that time, the item had already shipped. Now, I'm told I can only return it by driving to a store far away or paying for shipping. I won't be shopping here again.

Frustrating website experience

The website is horrible. It claims items are available to ship, but after spending hours on an order, I found nothing was actually available. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be shopping here again. They’ve lost my future business.

Regret not reading reviews first

I regret not checking reviews before placing my orders. I spent nearly $400 over a month, only to find out the second item went on sale shortly after my purchase. When I visited the store, they promised to contact the head office but never did. I sent multiple inquiries without any reply. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just store credit. This will be my last purchase.
