I had a bad experience with customer service. After placing an order, I needed to cancel it immediately, but there was no option to do so. I emailed them, but it took days for a response, and by that time, the item had already shipped. Now, I'm told I can only return it by driving to a store far away or paying for shipping. I won't be shopping here again.
