While their physical stores are nice, the call center is terrible. Responses take weeks, if they come at all, and customers often miss deadlines set by the stores. My kids' birthdays were coming up, and by the time I finally received a response to create my account, I had already missed two celebrations. Having birthday perks seems like a scam. It’s disappointing.
