I placed an order for 12 Christmas gifts on Nov. 27th, and so far, I've only received one item! It's been extremely challenging to get in touch with the support team. They don't answer their phones, and emails take 4-5 days for a response without any resolution. I requested a refund yesterday and have yet to hear back. I need the refund to purchase gifts elsewhere. This is a truly disappointing way to treat customers.
