After several orders I confidently placed 2 pre-orders in Aug 2025 for delivery in Oct. Items were delivered in Jan 26 (no communications). Unfortunately one of the items was faulty.They have since not replied to any communications (despite an automated e-mail saying they would respond within 48 hrs - they haven't several times!!!)I'd advise - no pre-orders - could ship after credit card guarantee runs out. Always use a credit card.Look elsewhere if possible.
