I ordered from them over a month ago. I still have not received my order. I had an item backordered, but I had to email them several days after it came in before they shipped my order. The tracking has been vague and inconsistent. Every time I ask for an update, they direct me to a different site or app for tracking. These trackers are ad heavy and not reliable, while Master Replicas sends me ad emails daily to buy more. I think they like to soak up ad revenue from various tracking sites, and hope you will buy more from them through constant emails, while not delivering on paid orders. According to tracking, my order is in a completely different part of the country. I order from another British company, Real Merch, and do not have any of these problems. I have asked Master Replicas for a refund, but have not received a reply.
