I purchased a pair of boots recently, and the leather has cracked within just 6 weeks. For a brand that claims to be premium, this is very disappointing. I took good care of them and even used the recommended cream, providing evidence of the damage to the seller. They said they would contact the brand but later claimed the issue was due to 'lack of care', which isn’t true. I wasn't offered a full refund despite the boots being so new. Instead, I was offered a 20% credit, which is useless when the first pair failed under normal conditions. It's disappointing that the seller is willing to sell these boots but not stand behind them when issues arise. I expected much more from a brand charging this price. I'm thoroughly disappointed with both the seller and the brand.
