After seeing many positive reviews, I ordered boots for my daughter. I received confirmation and tracking updates a few days later. However, when tracking indicated delivery on November 27th, nothing arrived. We checked everywhere but found nothing. I have emailed the company several times and messaged through their website without any replies. I regret using my debit card, as support from my bank seems unlikely. It’s disappointing since their site claims timely email responses, yet none of my inquiries have been addressed.
