After reading many positive reviews, I ordered boots for my daughter. I got an order confirmation and tracking updates soon after. However, when tracking showed delivery on November 27th, the package never arrived. We searched the area and asked neighbors, but no one had seen it. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and messaged them through their website, but there has been no response. I regret using my debit card and wish I had used my credit card for a possible chargeback. It’s disappointing, especially since their site promises timely email responses, yet none of my emails have been answered.
