Went into Matalan to purchase a suit prices were very reasonable unfortunately did not have my size so went online to order it there. Fortunately by ordering online you get a 25% off voucher so it reduced my purchase even more which was great. I paid for two day delivery so I can get my items as quick as possible. Unfortunately didn’t hear anything for four days so went into store to see what was happening. They had not received my items and told me to contact capital services which I did straight away. They apologised for the delay. Didn’t seem to know what had happened to the items but assured me that they would be there within another two days because they would re-order it to the store and refund the extra money I paid for the short delivery as a goodwill gesture so I was happy with that unfortunately four days later again still have not heard anything so contact a customer services again this time all they could offer me was a refund what a real shame I would use them again but only buy in store from now on the online experience was not pleasant
