You are a con, you need to CLEARLY state that this is a PAID site only.... YES you can create an account, YES you can Match BUT unless you pay an extortionate amount you can NEVER message anyone.
Your Customer Service is diabolical, I requested you deleted my account in January '26 and it's now almost mid April and it's STILL active.
It CLEARLY state to click Settings > Manage account > Delete account BUT there is NO option to Delete your account.
If you do use Match switch to Hinge, at least it lets you communicate with those you match with without have to pay
