The first thing you notice is that they do not put a customer service contact on their website.
Once you have drilled down to find such a thing (via the internet) it turns out you are e-mailing Match USA ! Not that helpful.
Match UK take absolutely ages to approve a photo. C'mon guys, call yourself professional? Amateurs more like. Totally unacceptable. Not impressed. If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would.

Serious software incompetences or just lazy?Send me my special matches which includes “ You don't quite fit their preferences. Try contacting someone else!”Lots of non-subcribers, who even say so in their profile. Cannot be removed because it “doesn’t contravene Match’s guidelines”.Repeated likes, so many but no message and no response to messages, doubting they are current subscribers. Not worth any money.
I do not wish to have my subscription automatically renewed and I cannotmanage to cancel the renewal via the website.Despite repeated emails to “ customer service” explaining the problem , I am nevertheless referred back to the website via an automated response. This is infuriating..Automatic renewal should be a choice that you can opt into if you decide to.It seems to be a deliberate policy to make opting out difficult. I am now waiting for Match to confirm my request to cancel the automatic renewal from October 2024.Jane
Match has recently changed its presentation in the app and website. In the past, the site has always been inundated with fraudulent profiles. However, with this new format (a) the volume of fraudulent accounts has exploded exponentially, (b) inexperienced users will find it difficult to identify the fraudulent accounts (as Match has removed many assisting characteristics), and (c) Match is slow to remove reported accounts, if at all.Joining Match will be a terrible experience and huge waste of money. You will NOT find a Match. If you have experience with other sites or want to join another site, (wiki Match) you will see the Match Group owns most sites such as Tinder and Plenty of Fish. In closing, avoid!!
