The first thing you notice is that they do not put a customer service contact on their website.Once you have drilled down to find such a thing (via the internet) it turns out you are e-mailing Match USA ! Not that helpful.Match UK take absolutely ages to approve a photo. C'mon guys, call yourself professional? Amateurs more like. Totally unacceptable. Not impressed. If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would.
