The company took nearly £500 from my account during checkout, despite confirming in the order email that no payment would be processed until suppliers were verified. The payment was not held; it left my account immediately. Five days later, I'm still being told they are contacting suppliers to check availability. It's odd that items are shown as in stock online, full payment is taken, and only then is supplier availability checked. I was promised a dedicated contact for my order, but I've received no updates. After a phone call yesterday morning for an update, I did not get the promised follow-up. While the prices were appealing, the service has been disappointing and chaotic. Any savings on materials are lost due to poor communication and reliability. I will not use this service again and will return to more established suppliers.
