After waiting almost a week, I had to cancel the second order, only to be informed that it could take up to 10 days for a refund. My money is now tied up while I wait. It feels like they are merely a booking service, making promises about materials but failing to deliver after taking my order.

The payment was not just 'on hold'; it left my account immediately. Five days post-order, I am still being told they are 'contacting suppliers' about item availability. It seems odd that items appear in stock online, full payment is taken, and only then is supplier availability checked. I was informed on day one that someone would be assigned to manage my order, but I've had no communication. After a phone inquiry yesterday morning for an update, I did not receive the promised follow-up call or email. While the pricing appeared competitive, the service has been frustrating and disorganized. Any savings on materials are negated by insufficient communication and reliability. I will not be using this service again and will revert to more established suppliers.
