I ordered a rug and paid for it, but I still haven’t received anything.They never contact me with updates. I always have to write to them first, and every time there is a new excuse and a new delay. They never give a clear delivery date.Communication has been poor, and the experience has been frustrating.At this point, I honestly don’t know if I will ever receive the rug. I would not recommend ordering from this website.
