I ordered a lamp in August 2023, and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have so far received more than 10 shipping date updates. NONE of these were proactively given to me, I had to reach out directly to customer service to ask for an update. This company has horrible product planning, and very poor customer service. What is worse, they're still advertising the product at a "preorder"price on the website with no suggested delivery time. It's been almost three years!!It's a shame as the products look nice.
