I'm still waiting for a lamp that I preordered in July of last year. It's pre-order, so I was prepared to wait. And I was very happy when I received the notification in August that production would start and would approximately take 3-4 months.Since then, I'm waiting for the lamp. And although it is of course annoying, it is not the wait time I'm upset about. It is the horrible customer service.I never receive any updates without requesting them and the updates are very unspecific (and so far never true). There is never a reasonable explanation as to why production is delayed (I might actually be more understanding if I would know what's going on). I was offered a refund but that is not what I want, I really want to have the beautiful lamp that I ordered. So I keep waiting, but I have no trust that the current ETA will be kept and I do wonder how long I will have to wait eventually.As a small company your focus should be your customer and for the price of the products I expect a lot more than if I would order something from a large retailer.There are other items, I'd love to order, but I don't think I will given this experience.
