I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with MARTAZAN.DISCOUNT. I placed an order(MD1000504291) back in September, and it never arrived. The original tracking link didn’t work at all. After repeatedly contacting them, I finally received a new tracking link — only to find out that the package had been sent back to the sender because “the customer was not available.”This is completely untrue. I was never contacted once — no call, no email, no update — about the delivery, a missed attempt, or anything related to the order.When I reached out again to ask why my mattress had been returned, the only response I received was an email saying that I would be refunded once they receive the returned order. Since then, I’ve been trying to follow up, but now their email address isn’t even working — it literally shows “email not found.”At this point, they have my money, I have no mattress, and I have no way to reach them. It has caused a lot of stress, frustration, and wasted time.Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend ordering from this website.
