Review Time
I placed an order for a mattress on January 16th and was informed that the delivery would take place on January 27th, even though the website states that delivery takes 1–2 business days. I decided to make the purchase based on positive customer reviews.
Unfortunately, by January 30th I had not received any information regarding the delivery. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company by phone, I sent an email asking for a clear delivery date. I was then informed that the mattress was still in production and that the delivery would be delayed by at least one week.
As of February 7th, the company has still not informed me about the current status of my order. Communication is difficult, and the lack of clear information is very disappointing.
This was my first order, encouraged by positive reviews, but after this experience I would not recommend this company to others.

We ordered a mattress online on November 24th, expecting delivery within one to two days. As of December 5th, it still hasn't arrived. The customer service seems indifferent, and their refund policy is troubling. We can only get a refund after a delivery attempt is made, which could take weeks. When I inquired, the representative indicated this is typical for online orders, which is frustrating.
The customer service is incredibly frustrating. I reported that the topper was the wrong height, and instead of helping, I received endless instructions on measuring a mattress. They act as if I’m at fault. Despite sending photos multiple times, they refuse to accept them and threaten return costs. Just send a return label and stop wasting time. I would advise against this company.
