We have received our order complete as specified in your invoice, thank you very much for the good quality products.However, as for the service, I have a couple of issues as follows: the first one, there is nowhere in the payment bill/invoice that specifies (or warns) about the extra postal charges that we had currently incurred from the postal service in Switzerland! The second issue concerns the fragmentation of the order delivery (pillow followed by the mattress), which had further increased the postal costs unnecessarily!I believe the extra costs of CH 50.00 we incurred are unnecessary or at least it should have been optimized!I look forward to hearing from you concerning above.
