I ordered some bed slats from this company on 22nd April with a ‘guaranteed’ delivery date of 25th April. I contacted them multiple times and they never responded to my emails. Weeks went by and eventually I received the slats on 14th May. They were not in the original packaging and were damaged. I tried to contact to arrange a return but no reply. I wish I would have read the reviews here before I ordered as I have now lost a significant amount of money.
