I ordered a mattress on 13/09/2025 and they didn't have it on stock. That was fine, as when I made the order they were saying it would arrive by 06/10/2025. I planned accordingly to this, but on 6th Oct I received no notification of any kind and next day I wrote an email to the support team asking about the status of my order. They replied hours later saying that there was some problem with the production line, and that I should receive the mattress by the end of the next week. After another week and a half, the mattress didn't arrive, and I HAD to write them AGAIN, this time asking for the cancellation and refund of my money. Funny thing is they kept the delivery date in their webpage as the production line was working just fine, when this was totally false. Had I known this information before, I would have planned differently and would have directly bought it somewhere else, so I wouldn't have had to figure out where to sleep for longer than three weeks.They never contacted me by themselves, and didn't offer any solution nor compensation for the delay and lack of notifications on the status. I feel totally scammed after this experience, even if they gave back the money now. It's been a month and a half since I originally made the order and they should have at least communicated with me to let me know it would not be on time (my sleep has been totally disrupted by this event, and that affects me in my everyday. They should not play with such a basic need).
