Ordering was straight forward and the price was fantastic. Unfortunately the mattress was damaged during transportation but after contacting the shop they were very helpful and organised a replacement very quickly with no additional charges. Things can gp wrong, it's how a company manages those issues that customers remember. All in all, a very positive experience. The mattress is excellent!
