I ordered a mattress on 6/5/2025 and it has never been arrived. I understand that the package is lost by GLS, I got the tracker and no update since 8/5/2025. The customer service are not very helpful except from asking me to keep waiting, since the time I wrote them until now it has been 1 month that the customer service couldn’t provide any answer. I might have to send a request myself directly to GLS Germany to investigate my package.
