It has now been over 15 days since I posted my previous review (available on a review platform), and the service has neither provided my server nor issued a refund. To clarify their practices: if you purchase a server, use it for 4 days, and then the service stops due to reasons like "Data Center Issue" or "VPS Supplier Issue," your service may be halted after a few days. If you continue to inquire, the staff might threaten to ban you and later deny a refund by stating “you used the service for more than 2 days,” despite them stopping the service. This is exactly what happened to me. I received no service, no refund, and instead, I am now banned. If anyone needs proof, feel free to reach out to me directly. You may also inquire with the service about whether they refunded me or restored my “PERMANENT” service and the reason for my ban. This review will be updated if my permanent service is restored or a full refund is issued. Here are some questions for the service to answer: 1. Why does your policy deny refunds after 2 days when the service is halted due to your issues? 2. Can you confirm publicly whether you restored my server or issued a refund—and if not, why was I banned instead? 3. Is threatening or banning customers for asking about service downtime part of your support practice? 4. We requested a temporary server with the same specifications while you resolved your “VERY INTERNAL ISSUES.” Did you provide one? 5. Why are customer complaints and negative reviews removed or users banned instead of being addressed openly, and how can potential customers trust a company that moderates criticism rather than resolving it?
