Worst experience, I strongly discourage anyone from buying Matsato Knives unless you have money and time to lose.
Matsato knives and Derila-Ergo Pillows are the same companie. They exchange your personnal informations without your consent.
The sent me pillows when I ordered knives and it was really hard for them to acknowledge this. After refusing to give my money back, they then sent the knives to a wrong address.
After more then 45 e-mail exchanged with warehouse staff who did'nt care, 60$ spent in international calls and a lot of time wasted, one of their employees finally heard me and a refund was organised. I never received the knives and the refund necessitated a whole lot of negociations with them.
Now they have the audacity to reply to my comments telling me they solved my problems... They're awfully disorganised.
