Really happy with these guys. I ordered some of their rubber gym flooring for my home gym and could not be happier with both the product and service. The mats are incredibly easy to install and provide plenty of floor protection, sound insulation and look as good as any you will see in a commercial gym. The customer service has also been excellent. I received the mats within 2 days of ordering and received regular contact from Faisal throughout the entire process. Cheers Guys!
Very pleased with the mats and excellent customer service from Matsworld. We had an issue with delivery,which was due to the delivery company error only sending 5 of the 6 mats ordered. However, I raised the issue with Matsworld and they fulfilled my order, sent out a replacement for the missing one. Would definitely use them again.
Absolutely excellent service from order to delivery. Rang me explaining a stock issue with the amount that I'd ordered but within 10min they had sourced the extra stock needed to complete my order and booked in the order for delivery for when it best suited me. The day of delivery the driver called ahead so that I could be waiting for him and was extremely helpful and friendly.
