We had spray foam removal by this company who was recommended by a family member. We were not disappointed with their service, from start to finish they were punctual, polite. Their quality of service was outstanding. After they had finished the work carried out was exemplary, and also leaving the property hoovered and tidied to a good standard. The team's communication was good throughout the process.
The finishing paperwork showed changes in our roof timber work before and after there was significant positive readings within the first 24hrs. Which was a relief. An all round good experience.
I contacted Countrywide by filling in their online form regarding spray foam removal. Colin followed up with a call shortly afterwards and clearly explained the whole process to me. He was informative, helpful, and arranged a home visit with Frederica, their Senior Estimator.
Frederica was brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail, and was honest and reassuring about both the process and the costs involved. Her clear assessment gave us confidence, and based on this we decided to go ahead with Countrywide. The job was booked in for two weeks later.
On the first day of the work, Greg and Finn arrived and got straight to it. On the second day, Michael joined to patch our membrane. All three were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the job to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy.
After making the final payment, we received the site audit report as proof of the completed and safe removal, which added further reassurance.
Overall, an excellent job well carried out. I would happily recommend Countrywide to anyone needing spray foam removal.
Steve and his team were here very prompt at 7:30am, they did discover a small issue and halted all works whilst a decision was made whether to carry on. They were an amazing team and did their best to make sure all debris was cleaned up. Will definitely use them again if I need any further works doing (which it looks like we do)

The team arrived on time, explained what work was required. Introduced theselves and layed dust sheets down to protect our carpets.,at the end of day one they removed the dust sheets and all surrounding foam was vacuumed leaving the house as clean as they arrived.On day two the team finished removing the final spray foam that was left in the loft and installed new insulation between the joists relaying the boards that I had installed to walk on.When all the work was completed the carpets were vacuumed and any loos particles of foam were collected and safely placed in the company vehicle. All the staff were very polite and courteous
I would definitely recommend countrywide to anyone looking for their spray foam insulation removed. Having being scammed into getting it installed to begin with, we spent a lot of time meeting with different companies for the removal. Despite other companies telling us not to go with country wide as they would charge us extra, we are happy we did. From the initial survey to the final payment, the team were very professional and polite. A big thank you to Steve and his team (Pablo and Brian), they did a really great job, neat and tidy, cleaned up, prompt and efficient. Steve was kind enough to answer my 101 questions even after a long day. Wish you all the very best guys!
The team did a fantastic job in removing the previously installed loft foam insulation and replaced with new insulation. It only took them 2 days. They removed everything and disposed of all the foam. Would certainly recommend Countrywide Roofing & Insulation.
I contacted this company to discuss removal of spray foam from my attic.My initial call with Colin was informative and he arranged for Frederica the Senior Estimator to meet and access the job which she duly did.She was brilliant and explained the process and was honest and reassuring about the process and costs .No hidden costs even if the job was to overrun .I have a very large roof so they sent seven brilliant guys.Finn, Vinny, Shaun, Greg,Warren,Paul and RickyAll of these guys ,without exception worked extremely hard across all 3 days and at the end of each day cleaned up so you wouldn’t even know they had been.They were extremely courteous and I cannot recommend them and the company highly enough They were extremely competitive and will provide certification to confirm the job has been completed compliantlyAnyone in the position that I felt myself in having this problem with spray foam please Contact Countrywide Roofing, insulation & Coatings
We were really pleased with the work undertaken, and the company's approach and professionalism. Unlike some other firms, they were happy to visit to inspect the state of the rafters and felt (under the foam) before recommending and providing a quote. They were not the cheapest around, but we felt confident they would do a good job and not cut corners or recommend unnecessary work. We were not disappointed. This was a difficult job removing all the old spray foam insulation and installing new insulation in my loft space. 3 men arrived on time and removed the old insulation quickly and disposed of it all responsibly. On the 3rd day they installed Knauf mineral wool insulation. The men were polite and cheerful throughout, they left the loft space and the access clean and tidy. I am very happy with the result.
