I can't stress enough how poor the quality of this fence paint is. Initially, it required four coats to cover a previously red fence, and after a few weeks, it started to wear off. Now, a significant amount is washing away with the rain and snow. The company really needs to reevaluate this product; it is utterly disappointing.

It seems that the company is heading towards a troubling future. Why change an excellent oil-based paint that was truly one coat and very durable into a complete failure? They need to return to the original formula. Just to clarify, I am reaching out to you, not just contacting you!
I used the product with a 5-year guarantee on my new garden shed during summer, and now it's letting in rainwater on all sides as winter arrives. The packaging shows a shed and claims it's suitable for them, but after contacting customer service, I received no support at all! Their response indicated that they expect it to leak. This is misleading, and I would be interested in joining any collective complaints, as the paint has ruined my shed, requiring removal down to bare wood to fix it.
The color of the wood filler is misleading. I've generally been satisfied with the company, so I purchased this for a project. The color shown on the packaging is far off. It dries slightly lighter, but they might as well not show it at all. £8.99 wasted for me.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'm referring to the ultra-tough gloss paint that supposedly stays white. This product is awful! It has the consistency of thin varnish, despite vigorous mixing. It drips everywhere and has ruined my kitchen, floors, and skirting boards. Don't take my word for it—waste your money if you want, but you'll regret it! I will never purchase it again. It's shocking that this is labeled as paint.
Regarding the one coat product, I don't understand how it passed quality control. It comes off with just a touch or scratch. I applied two coats and am still not satisfied with the results. I don't know how they justify the price. I feel let down and will not purchase again. It does not perform as advertised.
