Company removed my negative review on one of their products which I had personally a bad experience with. The review mentioned valid points and provided guidance to future customers in a way that did not portray the company negatively. The fact that they decided to silence my opinion implies that they do so for other customers and therefore can not be trusted.---Follow-up: Company attempted to remove even this review by requesting a proof of purchase (which is completely irrelevant for the case described above). Ridiculous. How about you deal with criticism in a responsible way instead of attempting to censor negative opinions?
