I did an order and then went to see the reviews and I got scared, but I also thought it seems to come anyway, for a rug this price I have no rush. And the rugs showed up 10 days after I put in the order. They’re as expected and very good quality for the price. I am 100% satisfied. I’ve ordered rugs a few times over the past few years and it never disappoints. If you are not expecting a next day delivery i definitely you should go ahead and order.

When I call support, it consistently says 52 people are in front of me in the queue, and it’s always the same unhelpful number! I contacted them, and then suddenly I got a notification that the shipment is being prepared, but after 10 days, the status hasn’t changed!

It's nearly impossible to get in touch. A tracking number was generated within the promised delivery timeframe, but the item was never dispatched. I'm still trying to contact them to cancel my order. There are no responses through the online contact, and I’m stuck waiting with 68 people ahead of me in the queue, just to be told it will be resolved soon.
I purchased two rugs and had to wait a bit because they were in the middle of a sale, which delayed my order. When the rugs finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by their quality. I expected them to be thin and cheap, but they turned out to be sturdy and very soft. They look great in my room. The company also reached out to apologize for the delay.
Warning!! 👎👎👎👎 I ordered five carpets, and after 16 days, I was informed that one was unavailable. It’s strange they didn’t tell me earlier. It took about 33 days to receive my carpets, which should have taken a few days. When they finally arrived, there were mold stains on one of them. I returned everything and decided to purchase from another place.
