This service is the worst! I placed my order nearly a month ago, and it still hasn’t arrived! When I call support, it consistently says 52 people are in front of me in the queue, and it’s always the same unhelpful number! I contacted them, and then suddenly I got a notification that the shipment is being prepared, but after 10 days, the status hasn’t changed!
