Unexpected automatic renewal

I experienced an automatic renewal without any prior warning, resulting in a charge of almost $500. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned they would process a refund minus one month and assured me that my subscription would be canceled moving forward. However, despite the deduction, my card was charged again. I have raised another complaint and am currently waiting for a response.
