I was initially worried that I had fallen down yet another rabbit hole on Facebook with a dating coach when at fifty with ME/CFS, I was feeling somewhat done with the whole dating process. I was feeling that I was throwing good money after bad. However, for the price of a cup of coffee each day, this does seem like very good value and I do feel a lot less cynical and that there is a pathway that I can follow even with a difficult to manage chronic illness. Matthew and family do a great job and I can see why they are the best in the world. I get a sense that they are very much in tune with how people are feeling and can relate to them. Shifting the dating culture into something better than it currently is, is also a good thing. I can tailor it to suit my own age and circumstances.
It was a great investment in myself. I really found the programs and the virtual weekend retreats to be incredibly valuable. Not just for romantic life but overall to be my best version of myself and live more present and more fully.
i used matthewai for about a month to see how i’d like it. it did offer insightful advice and fresh perspectives, which i appreciate. i give it only 3 stars due to the company’s handling of my data concerns — their privacy policy clearly states customers are entitled to viewing their data and may request amendment or deletion. while they did promise to delete my data, they have ignored my inquiry (and follow-ups) to see what information they do have on me. i take my data and privacy seriously, and i wish they followed through on their policy.
I was charged nearly $500 due to an automatic renewal that I wasn't warned about. The support team mentioned they would process a refund minus one month and ensure my cancellation moving forward. However, after deducting the monthly fee, they've charged my card again. I've raised another complaint and am waiting for their response.
After using this AI tool for about a month, I’ve found it incredibly beneficial for evaluating my thoughts and processing ideas. The responses are well-tailored, retaining past discussions to help clarify my understanding. It has been particularly helpful since I can’t discuss certain topics with those closely involved due to their emotional connections. There are occasional glitches, like repeated responses, and I find the use of American English slightly bothersome (forgive me, I’m a picky Brit). However, after watching several videos from the creator, it genuinely feels like I’m receiving direct advice from them. Initially hesitant, I have become convinced, and it’s definitely worth the subscription.
I experienced an automatic renewal without any prior warning, resulting in a charge of almost $500. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned they would process a refund minus one month and assured me that my subscription would be canceled moving forward. However, despite the deduction, my card was charged again. I have raised another complaint and am currently waiting for a response.
I signed up for a $7 one-month trial, but instead, I was immediately charged $199 for an annual subscription due to an accidental click on a post-checkout pop-up. I only noticed the charge about ten days later and reached out to support right away. The response from the customer service head was disappointing, lacking sympathy or acknowledgment of the financial strain this caused, simply stating, 'you agreed to the terms' and that it was a good deal. My request for a refund was denied. It seems I’m stuck with this service for a year against my will, which feels unfair given that a refund would cost the company very little and honor the trial I intended to take. For a service that claims to prioritize trust and integrity, this feels very misaligned and unethical.
