This is my second review now but only placed one order back in Nov 2025.The customer service is terrible and they keep telling me they will look into my refund enquiry. I sent like 10-15 emails with all information and returned the goods to their warehouse in China at my own cost, as instructed but THEY HAVE NO INTENTION TO PROCESS THE REFUND! It’s absolutely shocking that such companies are operating only to scam people on a daily basis! Do not order from them, the company is a joke - why do I need to chase for the refund for over 2 months now?!
