If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered two vases, one gold and one red. Order arrived, had been shipped directly from China. Complained about the quality- beyond poor. Asked for a refund, they tried to bargain with me. I said no and asked again for a refund. Eventually sent the items back and demanded a refund and no refund was issued. Am currently chasing for my money back. Typical Chinese factory store with a paid for London address storefront.

Ordered heated gloves at xl size the gloves are definitely not xl size they fit my wife, also they do not heat up as advertised and for £29 they are a total rip off. When I got in touch to complain they asked for photo evidence ( not sure how you see gloves not heating up) so sent photo and asking for refund, waited for 4 days then reply came saying they have sent replacement pair, again I replied asking for refund as gloves faulty but reply back just saying replacement pair as already been sent. Replacement pair as arrived and guess what there just the same too small and don’t heat up DO NOT USE THESE CONNING PEOPLE they will just rip you off with cheap garments

This is my second review now but only placed one order back in Nov 2025.
The customer service is terrible and they keep telling me they will look into my refund enquiry. I sent like 10-15 emails with all information and returned the goods to their warehouse in China at my own cost, as instructed but THEY HAVE NO INTENTION TO PROCESS THE REFUND! It’s absolutely shocking that such companies are operating only to scam people on a daily basis!
Do not order from them, the company is a joke - why do I need to chase for the refund for over 2 months now?!

Garment quality's very poor

Garment quality's very poor, the lining felt like noisy nylon tent material, not nice to wear. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. Delivery took weeks and returns are to Hong Kong even though they have an address in London. I was offered 60% store credit but why would I purchase anything else when the quality of what I received was so bad!

Massive scam

Massive scam. Dont be fooled.Clearly not a company based in the UK.I received an email to say there would be a delay in the item being dispatched. I decided to cancel before dispatch. Since then I have received several emails mostly in Chinese all arriving in junk. One email in English said item would be dispatched in 7-14 days.Customer service is the worst I have experienced. They ignore all requests. I plan to report to trading standards and will return item

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. I purchased what the on line description said was 'leather, orthopaedic boots', which arrived and were quite obviously the most basic plastic composition and the cheapest looking, poorly made boots ever - the like of which would be hard to find. I followed the instructions on line for returns, but, from the first e mail back, alarm bells began to ring; 'take a picture of the boots', 'take a picture of the packaging', 'why are you dissatisfied'. Nevertheless, I did as instructed, to be told that I would be sent a return address (which I still haven't received), and offered a measly credit note for less than the purchase price or 10% of my purchase price refunded! I can't believe this company can be allowed to continue. The item I purchased is not fit for purpose and has been mis sold to me. Then the company have put up every barrier to avoid even giving me a return address (which is in Hong Kong by the way, not in London), so, unless I have a full refund into my account, I will be taking this to the small claims court. I work for the NHS, so I do not have time for all this, but I feel so strongly about their mis trading that I shall not stop until I am refunded fully. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've found exactly what I want and at a good price as well, hope boots fits. Ordered 2nd pair in different colour, should be perfect for my walking needs In winter and rainy days. But have concerns after reading reviews, wished I'd read them sooner can only hope goods look and are as described. Will update once received, if not as described. Was easy to navigate site, hope the rest of goods and services live up what it is said to be on website.
