Absolutely unacceptable experience with Mattress.ie.I was promised delivery within 10 days. That deadline passed with zero communication from the company. I had to contact them myself via chat just to find out what was happening with my order. I was then told it would be delivered the following week.After that, I received an email confirming delivery for the next day, stating clearly that the driver would call one hour before arrival. To ensure I would be home, I took a full day off work — losing income — just to receive the mattress.No one showed up. No phone call. No missed call. Nothing.When I contacted them again, they claimed the driver had called and that I didn’t answer. That is completely false. I had absolutely no calls. Instead of properly checking the situation, they blindly sided with the driver and implied that I was lying.To make matters worse, the attitude from customer service was dismissive and sarcastic, as if this situation was somehow my fault. I lost a day of work for nothing.I then requested a cancellation and a full refund. They said they would process it — and immediately disconnected the chat. Since then, I have been trying to resolve this issue with no proper solution.This company shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for customers.Avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time, money, or trust here.
