I was very happy with the delivery driver Nigel! he rang before delivery to confirm my eircode as he had difficulty finding it, he was friendly and professional. He brought in the new mattresses and took away the old with no problems.However, I was a bit disappointed with the response I received when I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, the person who answered the emails didn’t bother to update the eircode even after I pointed out the mistake I made. Hence Nigel (delivery driver) had difficulty. It would be great if future communication could be more attentive to such details. Overall, a good experience with Nigel, but room for improvement in customer support.
