Although my mattress took longer to arrive than was first expected, I was kept up to date regularly and this was reassuring. Great customer service. Harvey and Tom delivered my mattress professionally and carefully. It was also great to be given a 2 hour window for delivery the night before and then a phone call on the day with eta.
