Very fast delivery for such an item. Kept informed of progress all the way. Delivery person (man, we think, but mustn't assume...!) was brilliant, told my wife not to carry it alone as it was heavy. Mattress itself?....no idea, it's for a guest room and won't be used very often, but it looks fine, feels fine and our 7-year old grandson was totally amazed at the air coming in when we opened it, and how it inflated. All-in-all a great experience.
