I bought a bed through Mattressman; divan, mattress, mattress protector and headboard. The quality of the bed was great, the price was good, but what really shined was their customer service.
Unfortunately there was several issues through the process where the headboard wasn't delivered to them by the manufacturer in time for the initial delivery, but they informed me the day before. No big deal, I respected the fact they informed me ahead of time.
The (external) delivery company who they used then made a mistake during the loading process and hadn't loaded the mattress onto the van when they delivered the divan and mattress protector. I was told over the phone at the time I would hear within 24-48 hours what was going on.
I wasn't, so I spoke to my contact at Mattressman, who chased up the matter and the very next day the delivery company were contacting me asking to schedule the delivery of the mattress.
Let me make it clear: I do NOT hold Mattressman accountable for the fact that the mattress hadn't been on the delivery van, and I understand mistakes happen from time to time - but they didn't let me down when the delivery company weren't prompt in keeping me informed. They showed that they can be relied upon in times like this. That is worth more than if there had been no mistakes at all.
