Having visited several outlets, we decided to check the online options and chose Mattressman as appearing to be the most comprehensive offering. We narrowed our search to those aspects we favoured and reviewed the list offered before settling on Arthur. It as well priced (half that of similar products in store) and it arrived on time following clear comms to ensure we were advised of the delivery window.
It was deposited in our hallway as expected along with the mattress protector to secure the 60-night trial.
We managed to manhandle upstairs and into the bedroom and deboxed it after some struggles. Once opened, it expanded as expected and we allowed it several hours to 'relax' before it was used. The first night was not a comfy as subsequent nights as I believe it needed more time to fully expand and release from being boxed.
After a week, we have both decided we like it a lot and don't expect we will be triggering the 60-night trial!
Should we need to, I don't think we would have any concern using Mattressman again or recommending the service to anyone else.
