The 100-day sleep trial feels deceptive; you must keep the mattress for 50 days before considering an exchange, which incurs a £99 fee. The mattress itself is awful and not suitable for use, resulting in two dreadful nights' sleep. Although the trial officially starts after 50 days, it hardly matters since the mattress is so poor that it should be returnable under standard consumer rights. I'm extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
