Third time purchase and third time a charm. Everything was great, the bed, mattress, and customer service. They do need more choices though, I find the mattress options lacking enough options. But hope they pick up.

Mattress arrived on time, Was delivered with care , and old mattress removed for recycling. This is the second time i have used this company, and both times the service was excellent.
I ordered quite an expensive foam topper and they sent me a cheaper version and a different product. I was not impressed as I didn't think this was a mistake. I called the customer service and they wanted to argue that it was the right product but the wrong cover. Again quite shocking. I realized at that point I was dealing with a dodgy company. I requested to pick it up and a refund and they wanted me to take it to the post office this weights around 5 kgs. I wasn't having that and when I told them I was going to send them to small claims court then they agreed to pick it up with a courier. I would never use this company again

However, as someone who has faced significant challenges, including domestic abuse and a period of homelessness, managing this move alone has been overwhelming. I reached out to customer service to explain my situation, emphasizing my vulnerable status and that returning the mattress was crucial for my survival, given my reliance on food bank vouchers. Unfortunately, I was informed that I would need to cover the return cost of £99 upfront. I explained my financial struggles, as I am living on universal credit, and requested that they consider my circumstances, allowing me to return the mattress without initial costs. I suggested that they could deduct the return fee from my refund once the mattress was returned in good condition. As a large retailer, I believed they had the capacity to accommodate my request much more easily than I could manage on my limited budget. However, I was told that they were adhering to the guidelines set by the Financial Ombudsman regarding my case. I also found out that the return process through the suggested couriers was not feasible due to the size of the item, making it impossible for me to return it even if I had the funds. The order was placed on 05/11, and now I find myself in a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, as they require me to provide my card number over the phone. This entire experience has been distressing while I cope with the ongoing grief and loss in my life.
I was allowed to browse on my own after the friendly staff member offered help. She was very supportive during my purchase and provided clear explanations about delivery. As someone with a disability, I appreciated her note for the delivery team to place the mattress on the bed. The delivery personnel were outstanding and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
The 100-day sleep trial feels deceptive; you must keep the mattress for 50 days before considering an exchange, which incurs a £99 fee. The mattress itself is awful and not suitable for use, resulting in two dreadful nights' sleep. Although the trial officially starts after 50 days, it hardly matters since the mattress is so poor that it should be returnable under standard consumer rights. I'm extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
Outstanding service even though the delivery drivers faced issues on the road and were delayed. They still managed to deliver my mattress at 9 PM. The delivery team was very polite and respectful, removing their shoes to avoid marking my carpet in the pouring rain. Highly recommend.
